NYFW: Victoria Beckham

I have been keeping up with New York Fashion Week, but I haven't come across that many collections that instantly make me want to right click. Save. One collection that has however is Victoria Beckham's line.

Long gone are the days of just dvb logo'd-up eyewear and jeans because for the last two seasons, her collections have shown that she has designer flair (even though I cannot confirm wether or not she does pick up a hb pencil and sketches).

Just Cavalli & Iceberg F/W 09.10

Dsquared2 F/W 09.10

Dsquared2 shows always have an interesting theme/concept. I totally understand where they were going with this one-the whole celebrity being papped thing... but they could have come better with the clothes cos nothing here is fashion forward.

Emporio Armani F/W 09.10

90's springs to mind, like a modern version of 'Clueless'

D&G F/W 09.10

Blumarine F/W 09.10

This was one of those collections that you really should hate but like for some reason. I think I like it because it so darn bright considering it's meant to be an Autumn/Winter collection.

London Fashion Week: My Favourites

Photoshop is taking the piss out of me, and I'm soooo tired I'm literally nodding off at my laptop. I'm currently making garments for my uni project, writing essays and allsorts of crap, plus I work part time, and I'm trying to work on MY own collection (which just feels like it ain't ever gonna take off cos I never have the time to do anything), and keeping ontop of fashion week is hard. Imagine having to attend a majority of the shows... I can barely keep up on style, and if you miss a day you miss a lot. If my posts slow down over the next two weeks then I apologise, but I need to pass this term with flying colours.

I've always dreaded London Fashion Week, because it always came across as boring compared to New York, Milan, & Paris. However, this LFW was different. The designers have stepped up their game(a bit)
